Welcome to MortgageRight’s Terms and Conditions for SMS Services. By opting-in to MortgageRight Alerts, our SMS service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Message and Data Rates May Apply: By opting-in to MortgageRight Alerts, you acknowledge that message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any fees that your mobile carrier may charge.

Service Delivery Frequency: The frequency of messages will vary depending on the nature and urgency of the alert. You may receive up to four messages per month regarding your mortgage payments and other updates. However, alerts regarding other account updates may be sent on a less frequent basis.

Opt-Out Instructions: To opt-out of MortgageRight Alerts, users can text STOP to cancel. Please note that the opt-out option is not required for single message programs, such as two-factor authentication.

Customer Care Information: For customer care, users can text HELP for assistance or call (205) 776-8401.

Checkbox Option: In order to receive MortgageRight Alerts, users must select the checkbox granting permission for SMS messaging. This checkbox cannot be pre-selected.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: MortgageRight reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via SMS message and will have the option to opt-out if they do not agree to the new terms.

Disclaimer of Liability: MortgageRight is not responsible for any technical issues or delays with SMS delivery. We are also not liable for any content or messages sent by third-party providers.
